Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PIH Health. As a Nurse Specialist, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current California RN license (BSN/MSN preferred)
  • Evidence of continuing education
  • Prior experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education
  • Current Basic Life Support Card

Qualifications:

  • Written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills.
  • Basic organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
