Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Cone Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during CT procedures using approved workflows and procedural protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate head or body x-ray scanners to create computer-generated cross-sectional images.
  • Perform routine and special CT exams adhering to established protocols to minimize additional imaging and limit radiation dose.
  • Complete all exams and documentation in Computerized Health Information (CHL) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
  • Educate and prepare patients for their examinations to enhance patient understanding and cooperation during testing.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safe practices, Just Culture, and As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) principles.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from a Radiology, Imaging or related educational program.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registry in Radiologic Technology (RT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB).
