Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in Roanoke, Virginia.

Job Details
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Hours per week: 36

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a radiology department and be proficient in operating computed tomography scanners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring accurate imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and immobilization
  • Administer contrast media as required
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current certification in computed tomography
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
