The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior financial roles. You will be responsible for collaborating with our CEO and leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our organizational goals. This includes providing financial insights and forecasting to inform strategic decisions, as well as representing our organization to external financial partners.

In this role, you will also be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, cash management, billing, payroll, and financial reporting. You will develop and monitor financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will manage the annual audit process and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our finance and billing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on education, experience, and skills.
