Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on operational, product, and system changes to ensure effective risk management and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales, customer service, or telesales experience; or 1 year of proactive sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Notary public license.
  • Bilingual based on branch needs.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged use of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to lift light to heavy objects weighing 5-30lbs.
  • Ability to read fine print.
  • Ability to interact with customers in an open face-to-face work environment.
