Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Landscape Architect to join our team at Stewart. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for visualizing and developing landscape architecture designs for a diverse range of projects, from campus design to large-scale master-planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and visualize landscape architecture designs through site analysis, site layout, hardscape, furnishings, grading, site details, planting designs, and renderings.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of landscape and site drawings.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and coordinate project documentation.
  • Perform construction observation and administration duties, including site visits, field reports, shop drawing & submittal review, and responding to contractor RFIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture required.
  • Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) required.
  • Proficient skill and experience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Rhino, Civil3D, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architecture design and methods related to site development activities.
  • Sound judgment and skills to defend decisions and methodologies used to arrive at chosen solutions or decisions.
