Position Overview:
This role is dedicated to enhancing and managing Louisiana State University's Terra Dotta software, which is essential for overseeing study abroad participants throughout their experience. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with the Academic Programs Abroad team to ensure the software meets user requirements and aligns with institutional processes, thereby enhancing the overall experience for students participating in study abroad programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive insights into user requirements concerning software functionalities.
- Achieve a high level of proficiency in the designated software application.
- Develop and maintain queries, query watches, and standard protocols to optimize software data management.
- Assist in the timely launch of application cycles.
- Monitor applications according to established protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with leadership to devise and implement a roadmap for new features, improving user experiences and streamlining processes.
- Support data management and analysis for business objectives, create user training materials, maintain technical documentation, and manage user access.
- Provide ongoing assistance to enhance engagement with the software.
- Offer recommendations for effective business solutions based on user needs.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, business/information systems, or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Terra Dotta Software and familiarity with international settings or living abroad.
Additional Requirements:
