As a Telecom Infrastructure Technician at NextEdge, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication infrastructure, including cell towers, antennas, and coaxial cables.

You will work closely with our engineering team to design and implement network upgrades, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service. Your tasks will include climbing structures to heights over 300 feet, working with heavy equipment, and following strict safety protocols.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits, including a 401(k) match, 10 days PTO, and 10 company holidays. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in telecom infrastructure installation and maintenance, and hold certifications such as Commtrain, First Aid AED/CPR, and OSHA 30 hour.
