Job Overview

We are seeking skilled IT professionals to join our team at The Peak Organization as a Deployment and Support Technician. This is an onsite role where lunch will be provided, with opportunities for advancement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy new computer systems and software, ensuring seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
  • Support onsite technology department staff with project and day-to-day activities, providing expert technical assistance.
  • Gather PC information and data using tracking tools, and provide technical updates to senior client management.
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in-person, or electronically, utilizing strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in servicing and deploying computer equipment, with A+ Certification or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and asset management tools, with proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
