Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the classroom teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and staff members
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field (minimum)
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers (preferable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • CPR certification and ability to lift 40 pounds
