Child Care Subsidy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Child Care Subsidy Coordinator to join our team at Child Action, Inc. This role is responsible for conducting individual interviews with parents to determine eligibility and evaluate the need for subsidized child care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and provide quality service to client families. The estimated salary for this position is $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new client enrollment and interviews
- Verify initial assessment information and calculate income to determine client eligibility
- Evaluate and determine client need for child care services
- Review agency forms, policies, guidelines, and expectations with the parent/guardian
- Enter information in the CATS database and verify documentation with information in the database system
