Position Summary

As the Chief of Staff, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a crucial point of contact for the executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a strong executive presence.

This role is essential in fostering alignment, execution, clarity, and accountability within the executive team, ensuring a stable operational framework during periods of rapid growth and change.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO in optimizing operations and facilitating organizational growth aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Act as the primary liaison across various functional areas, including strategy, operations, research and development, product innovation, manufacturing, and administration.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships throughout the organization, gaining insights into internal dynamics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Enhance collaboration among departments to promote effective communication and coordination.
  • Serve as a bridge between executive management and diverse teams to streamline workflows and unify objectives.
  • Support the implementation of organizational changes by overseeing transitions, managing communications, and addressing emerging challenges.
  • Lead and oversee significant strategic projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely communication of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover the root causes of internal challenges, develop actionable solutions, and execute them effectively.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to establish a data-driven, consistent communication style that advances organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, updates, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule efficiently, prioritizing conflicting commitments.

Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of leadership or management experience, ideally as a Chief of Staff to a CEO.
  • Expertise in KPI and organizational framework management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels and functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience engaging with a board of directors and external investors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while providing structure and direction.
  • Proficient in utilizing evolving technologies, including MS Office, Slack, and various SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated humility, self-awareness, and adaptability are essential for success at Amogy.
