Job Summary

CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing physical security standards and policies in our data center spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facility access policies and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Administer access requests and revocations, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive areas.
  • Collaborate with collocation partners to enforce security policies and advocate for the highest level of security to protect CoreWeave's personnel, infrastructure, and intellectual property.
  • Create and implement training programs for CoreWeave employees, visitors, and contractors to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Conduct regular site security inspections and create inspection reports with findings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a physical security field, preferably with a degree in computer science, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational discipline, writing skills, and comfort with public speaking.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in office tools such as MAC/Windows/Google Workspace, IT and computer networking experience, and project management experience.
