Safety Manager

Caddell Construction Co. is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and clients on commercial mission critical/data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project safety guidelines and ensure compliance with the Caddell Corporate Safety Program.
- Consult with the Corporate Safety Manager to develop safe work plans for all project phases and crew tasks.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings.
- Provide safety training and orientation to new hires.
- Monitor housekeeping practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Serve as a liaison with owners and subcontractors to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare and submit safety-related reports.
- Investigate accidents and property damage incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management.
- OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
