This role is particularly suited for individuals with a background in Medical Assisting. Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Associate's Degree in the relevant discipline from a regionally accredited institution; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in medical assisting is required, or a combination of three years in Medical Assisting and a related field.
- Two (2) years of teaching or presentation experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong academic and professional background
- Effective active-learning skills for impactful instruction
- Experience in a student-focused and practical learning environment
- Exemplary integrity at all times
- Results-oriented mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
