Registered Nurse RN Weekend Option Days Center for Rehab Medicine

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Inpatient Rehab Unit team at St Mary's Health Care System. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans under limited supervision.
- Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise.
- Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
- Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
- Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
- Prior experience in the field is preferred.
