Registered Nurse RN Weekend Option Nights Rehab Medicine

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a Rehabilitation Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Center for Rehab Medicine unit.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide complex patient-care procedures and interpret patient data to inform care decisions.
- Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize the nursing process and therapeutic use of self to provide patient-centered care.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
- Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
- Prior experience in rehabilitation nursing is preferred, but new graduates are also considered.
