Registered Nurse RN Weekend Option Days Med Surg

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team on the 5th Floor Med/Surg Unit at St. Mary's Health Care System. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse RN will work in a collaborative environment to provide evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse RN professional to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan under limited supervision.
- Interpret and perform complex patient-care procedures specific to your expertise.
- Collaborate with the Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
- Provide care to patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members.
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Georgia.
- Successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months if nursing practice has not occurred within the past 5 years.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
