We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in O'Fallon, MO.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for speech and language disorders to identify students' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to ensure students receive the best possible care and support.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual or group sessions, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote student progress, share knowledge, and ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification and Missouri state licensure or ability to obtain before the start date.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Full-time positions include dental, medical, and vision insurance.
