Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Business Division sales contracts to ensure profitability and suggest improvements to increase company profit.
  • Monitor marketing/sales activities to ensure corporate marketing systems and procedures are implemented in each Business Division.
  • Provide language translation and assistance between FPCUSA Executive and Taiwan executives.
  • Assist Business Divisions in managing production/sales planning, inventory control, internal transfer price, profit forecast, and analysis to maximize company profit.
  • Monitor Distribution performance through performance reports and Philip Townsend Benchmarking results.
Requirements:
  • Previous related experience in the chemical/plastics industry.
  • MS Office skills, excellent mathematical skills, and/or engineering quantitative analysis skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
