Staff Engineer Systems Architect

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer Systems Architect to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing interface documents, system requirements, and architectural documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review interface documents, system requirements, and architectural documentation
- Support the development and review of Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development
- Provide mentoring to junior systems engineering team members
- Work with the enterprise test architect to enable the system to sell off capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 14 years of experience, or a Master's Degree and 12 years of experience, or 9 years of experience with a PhD
- Proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to develop product solutions
- Experience developing system engineering artifacts, such as specifications, Interface Control Documents, and Use Cases
- Experience in developing large, complex software systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
- Experience working within an Agile development environment
- Domain experience with both Space and Missile Defense
- Experience with Systems Analysis, Model Based System Engineering, and Architecture development
