WinShape Foundation is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to glorifying God through transformative experiences rooted in faith. Our mission encompasses five core ministries that utilize scriptural principles to provide impactful services such as summer camps, foster care, leadership development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly cleans guest accommodations, including stayovers, turnovers, and checkouts, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
  • Maintains cleanliness in public areas and offices as assigned, following standard cleaning guidelines.
  • Utilizes the Facilities work order system to report maintenance issues.
  • Ensures quality cleaning is performed within designated timeframes.
  • Regularly inspects storage areas and cleaning carts for organization, cleanliness, and adequate supplies.
  • Evaluates public spaces and guest rooms, providing training to new housekeeping staff.
  • Conducts seasonal deep cleaning of facilities as required.
  • Completes additional tasks as directed by Housekeeping Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 0 to 3 years of prior experience in housekeeping is desirable.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, stretch, climb stairs, and walk extensively.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong self-discipline and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management or housekeeping systems are advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining a reliable work schedule across all shifts and days.
  • Exhibit competencies such as dependability, teamwork, job knowledge, initiative, and problem-solving.
  • Alignment with the vision and core values of WinShape Retreat.
