The National Safety Council is a leading advocate for safety in the workplace and beyond. We're seeking a Part-Time Instructor to join our team and help us deliver life-saving training to adults and teens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach classroom courses on defensive driving and workplace safety
  • Lead effective discussions and handle diverse student groups
  • Work with a variety of curriculum and materials
  • Deal with unexpected challenges and disruptions

Requirements:

  • Experience in public speaking and teaching
  • Background in sociology, psychology, counseling, or education
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability preferred
  • Pay rate starts at $35/hr
