Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as an LPN in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and track their wellbeing
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects
  • Review patients' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
