Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance or a related industry
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of commercial insurance brokers' network
  • Proven ability to present a persuasive value proposition
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis
  • Willingness to adhere to a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week of work in our office
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Prior experience with an enterprise CRM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workers' Compensation and loss-sensitive casualty insurance products
  • Prior experience in a production role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
