Salary

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves assisting with contracts, analytics, and financial modeling to ensure seamless patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating physician enrollment in managed care plans
  • Ensuring compliance of managed care companies with negotiated contracts
  • Resolving payment issues with Insurance Payors
  • Serving as liaison between physician offices and Insurance Payors
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and documenting PHO related meetings
  • Maintaining tracking logs for Insurance Payor issues
  • Oversight of the PHO phone line and responding to inquiries
  • Attending and participating in meetings


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in office automated tools: email, outlook, and data entry
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff, patients, and customers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and revenue cycle processes
  • Self-directed, motivated, resourceful, and demonstrates initiative
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency in EPIC Prelude and Cadence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages
  • Accurate typing at 45-60 wpm
  • Bilingual a plus
