Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our Oncology Research team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing in vitro pharmacology assays to support functional validation and IND-enabling studies of lead biologic molecules.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute in vitro pharmacology assays to support functional validation and IND-enabling studies
- Generate scientific technical reports to support Health Authority (HA) filings
- Maintain a high level of autonomy within the lab
- Foster a highly collaborative and transparent relationship with direct team members and cross-functional team members
- Knowledge of cancer biology/immunology
- Proficient at the following assays/techniques:
- Cell culture of tumor cell lines and T cells (PBMCs/PAN-T)
- Multi-color Flow cytometry/FACs to analyze tumor and/or T cell antigen surface expression, binding curves, receptor quantification
- T cell mediated cytotoxicity assays using Incucyte/Satorius and/or Cell Titer Glo assay systems
- MSD/Luminex for measuring cytokine production
- MS or BS required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pre-clinical pharmacology supporting early development of biologics in a biotech or pharmaceutical organization
- Pre-clinical pharmacology experience with biologics in oncology is required
- Working on T-cell based therapeutics, particularly multi-specific T-cell engagers and/or CAR-T is preferred
