We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team at Shrewsberry and Associates LLC. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of roadway projects, working closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to complete drafting and design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design plans for projects of varying complexity, including pavement overlays and roundabout design
  • Perform various design tasks for roadway design projects
  • Develop 3D CAD models for roadway corridors and utility layout as needed
  • Perform project quantity calculations
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma and specific training in CAD software
  • 4 years of experience in CAD design
  • Knowledge of computer software for office and operational functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D software and MicroStation software
  • Experience in plotter configurations, page setups, and plot styles

We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO. This is a full-time position with a base salary ranging between $63,000 - $70,000 per year, plus equity opportunities.
