As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and clinical expertise to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services.
- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience, with at least one (1) year experience in a long-term care or senior living environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and training.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with the ability to delegate assignments and make sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
