The ideal candidate will respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner, possessing knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).

  • Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to ensure cleanliness, operability, and safety.
  • Report any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Perform maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
  • Knowledgeable of state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
  • Attend and participate in training programs as required by Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Deliver superior customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Maintain and safeguard all company tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring regular use of standard office equipment and occasional travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
