Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to lead our FPGA Electronics Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and designing digital electronics systems to implement algorithms and computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the career development, growth, and project assignments of the group's engineering staff.
  • Develop and maintain best-practices and processes for digital design.
  • Contribute to proposals and business development.
  • Work with the division leader and senior staff to develop technology development plans.
  • Contribute to FPGA design and verification on projects.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the engineering; design, development, and management of complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Excellent ability with presenting technical material to various levels of the engineering organization and customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong ability to supervise a team of 10-20.
