Job Title: Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a creative and collaborative Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in mental health care.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • On-track to obtain licensure in your designated field.
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Training and certification in EMDR therapy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
