We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). The ideal candidate will have experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, as well as a passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and humanistic therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
