We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 054. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work closely with our clients to assess their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
Requirements
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT) is required
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Passion for topics such as EMDR therapy, DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
