Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement care, and demonstrating expertise in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement care, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
