Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct is in search of a Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in various departments, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.

Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, primarily during the Night Shift. Weekend and holiday shifts will be required as per departmental guidelines.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates must commit to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire and have relevant experience.
  • Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of acute care experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred and must be obtained within three months of hire.
