About Our Neuromodulation Division:
Our Neuromodulation sector focuses on innovative implantable devices that integrate with mobile technology, providing non-opioid solutions for chronic pain and movement disorders.

Your Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide expert technical and clinical support to enhance the sales process for our Chronic Pain Therapies.
- Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to identify opportunities and foster relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct in-depth training and education sessions for medical staff on our product offerings.
- Assist Territory Managers with after-hours support and case management.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts and monitor competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and clinical assistance primarily to Territory Managers.
- Build trust and rapport with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct evaluations and devise strategies for capital equipment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
- Engage in ongoing communication with all stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree or technical certification is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with patient interaction.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region.
