Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative smart home solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH network equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their smart home needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple installations and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including installation efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a variety of climates and weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work a 4-day workweek with opportunities for overtime.
