Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-scale security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarms, and IP Intercom systems from various manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and inspect the installation of security equipment to ensure compliance with customer expectations and manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate field activities, manage system programming, and conduct commissioning and testing in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment requiring service, providing effective solutions to restore systems to operational status.
- Manage service requests efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communication.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and service requests.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools weighing over 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in elevated positions and confined spaces.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP-based systems and electronics troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work independently while delivering high levels of customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or an associate degree in electronics or computer systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with personal computers and IT network systems is essential.

Additional Skills:
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment such as multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical documents.
