Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Logistics Operator to join our Logistics Team at MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, and supporting our production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse, using industrial forklifts and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist the unloading team with the put-away process, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of materials.
  • Work closely with the unpacking team to prepare materials for production, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and track recycling activities, ensuring compliance with company protocols and escalating any issues to the Logistics Supervisor and Team Lead.
  • Support other Logistics roles as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Participate in audit preparation processes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Assist material handlers with production staging, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and process control, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 or more years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role, with a focus on receiving.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and PDA systems.
  • Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods.
  • Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration within multiple workstreams.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Duties are performed in a warehouse environment, using industrial equipment and lifting materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Some overtime may be required depending on the division's needs.
