About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Capstone Logistics, LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and clean up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and selecting products
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Conduct audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Repack and re-label products as needed
  • Sort and organize products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Participate in clean up and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs, with materials handled varying in weight and size
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
