Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dining areas for guests, including setting tableware, silverware, and condiments.
  • Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed, maintaining a clean and organized dining space.
  • Clean and reset tables after guests depart, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Act as a liaison between our Front of House and Back of House staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas, adhering to industry standards.
  • Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables promptly and accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Communicate customer feedback and requests to our restaurant staff, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 20 pounds, and work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Current food handlers card or ability to obtain one, with a strong understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
