Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic schedules
  • Check in and check out patients for appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Collect copays and process patient payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review patient paperwork and ensure all necessary information is complete
  • Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with their experience
  • Scan medical information to our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Check and route faxes, ensuring timely communication with patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably with EHR experience
