Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

The Fountain Group is seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is a critical part of our operations, ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and conduct check-in with required forms
  • Work in partnership with leadership to provide seamless and integrated service to our patients
  • Lead the scheduling and patient visit coordination functions within the practice management system
  • Ensure our patients are always delighted with the level of care they receive
  • Act as an ambassador in the local community by nurturing relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma Minimum (BS degree preferred)
  • Basic Life Saving Certification
  • 1-3 years of front-desk experience at a Primary Care Facility
  • Customer Service Skills
  • MEDICAL ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

Compensation: $20-24 per hour depending on experience
