Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst - Asset Valuation to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our credit team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth credit and fundamental analysis to support our business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit and fundamental analysis of various asset classes, including listed shares, bonds, derivatives, structured products, and properties, to assess their potential as collateral.
- Monitor and analyze regional capital market activities and corporate actions, such as privatizations, corporate takeovers, rights issues, and IPOs, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support senior team members in presenting financing opportunities to our screening committee forum, providing expert analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiation of structured debt terms, and delivery of bankable financing, working closely with our deal team.
- Participate in the internal credit application process, presenting proposals to our credit committee and contributing to the decision-making process.
- Review and assist in preparing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and credit policy guidelines.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk management. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
