About the Role

Laserfiche is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit and receivables department, you will work closely with the Director of Credit to assist with day-to-day functions and make informed credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the creditworthiness of existing and prospective Solution Providers and Direct customers
  • Examine and analyze financial transactions, credit history, and financial statements
  • Adhere to written policy documentation related to the credit and customer setup process
  • Make informed credit decisions based on analysis and credit risk assessments
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Contact banks, trade reporting agencies, and other organizations to obtain necessary credit information
  • Maintain accurate electronic credit files and resolve credit and collections issues
  • Review and release held orders pending credit decisions
  • Ensure timely completion of reporting tasks and maintain collections for both SP and Direct customers
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, credit analysis, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments and with customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least three years of credit analysis and accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and accounting software
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
