Position Overview

Are you enthusiastic about developing relationships with store managers? This position enables you to oversee your own accounts by concentrating on selling new products and presenting new promotions to your clientele.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Implementing commercial strategies for your clients on daily, pre-determined routes.

  • Showcasing and rotating products on display in your stores.
The Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) is tasked with selling, ordering, and presenting products. The BAM role focuses on introducing new products and promotions, collaborating with clients to generate precise product orders, ensuring commercial strategies are executed across their account base, and merchandising products while adhering to safe handling practices and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees, sells, and executes in a designated group of clients on daily, pre-set routes, generating sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each client to ensure operational success and directly contribute to the company's financial performance in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit.
  • Implements relevant promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial strategies to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned clients.
  • Stocks, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs.
  • Organizes and maintains backroom inventory by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor, managing the return of empty pallets and shells, as well as damaged and expired products.
  • Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on displays and shelves where permitted. Rotates products. Stocks and merchandises Fastlane displays and vendors; checks vendor operations for compliance.
  • Builds business relationships with store personnel through regular follow-ups on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and discussions on upcoming activities.
  • Identifies and communicates any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (e.g., pricing, new packaging, changes in business strategy) and executes all job duties safely.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Must possess effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Prior customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Secondary education beyond high school is preferred.
  • High initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Career-oriented mindset and a highly competitive nature.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage.
  • High School Education / GED.
