Role Summary:
This position is designed to assist the sales and channel teams throughout the customer's procurement initiation process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Address procurement setup inquiries from Sales, Solution Providers, and Customers.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing consistent updates on progress.
  • Act as a catalyst for essential organizational changes, promoting positive transformation critical for operational success.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to effectively enhance business systems, tools, and processes.
  • Serve as a primary contact for Sales to resolve issues arising from daily operations while recommending training to bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Respond to and address internal inquiries regarding relevant business systems and operations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.

Essential Qualifications:
