As a dedicated Insurance Agent with Horace Mann, you will have the opportunity to build a fulfilling and profitable career. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the expertise and skills necessary to excel in your role, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of educators. You will work closely with our Regional Field Leader (Agency Consultant) to achieve success.

- Strong Interpersonal and Business Management Skills: Build and manage your agency with confidence.
- Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, with a preference for those with Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses.
- Licenses and Certifications: Possess Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License, and FINRA Series 6 & 63, if applicable in certain regions.
- Solve Financial Challenges: Help educators overcome financial obstacles.
- Gain Market Access: Build relationships and gain access to new markets.
- Present Information: Confidently present information to potential customers one-on-one and in large groups.
- Attend Events: Participate in networking, community, sales, and industry events.
- Invest in Business Success: Commit to investing time and resources to ensure business success.
