Manager, Outreach and Partnerships
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Outreach and Partnerships. This role will be responsible for developing and leading international student recruitment and honors student recruitment efforts, as well as supporting recruitment efforts of LSC at large. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current management practices, database management systems, and marketing and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement outreach and recruitment activities for targeted recruitment populations, including under-served populations and international students.
- Direct and implement a comprehensive system of training for managers, administrators, and student leadership groups to implement student recruitment initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local independent school districts and other internal and external partners to develop and sustain student recruitment and outreach partnerships.
- Monitor and control transfer articulation agreements and ensure that necessary documentation and agreements are kept current.
- Take a lead role in the development and management of co-curricular partnerships, including the coordination of related info-sessions and program events.
- Maintain a system and database for tracking prospective students, from initial contact through enrollment.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in international education, honors education, or similar special programming.
- Grant writing or development experience.
